Kaitlin is the first point of contact for clients at Crew Wealth Management, ensuring every interaction feels welcoming and organized. She manages William Henry’s calendar, schedules client review meetings, coordinates workshops and events, oversees newsletters and social media, and provides notary services for clients.

Before joining Crew Wealth Management, Kaitlin built her career in the Bay Area and Silicon Valley in roles that combined organization, client service, and event coordination. Her experience includes serving as an Event Coordinator at Domenico Winery, Office Manager at Gator Bio, Executive Assistant and Recruiting Coordinator at Clumio, and Front Office Assistant at Phantom AI.

Kaitlin earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation, Parks, and Tourism Administration with a minor in Integrated Marketing Communications from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. She is also a commissioned Notary Public.

Outside of work, Kaitlin enjoys portrait photography, wine tasting, and traveling with her husband. She is an avid country music fan and loves attending concerts. A self-proclaimed foodie, she enjoys discovering new restaurants, cooking, and baking. She also appreciates a cozy night at home binge-watching shows - often with a subscription to nearly every streaming platform.
